RM 미술 도서관 근처 맛집 망향비빔국수 의정부

 

 

RM 도서관으로 더 유명한 의정부 미술도서관에서 출출해지면 어디로 가야 하나~

바로 앞에 맛집으로 유명한 망향비빔국수가 있다. 

다이소와 같은 건물~

이 근처에 살면 도서관 갔다가 비빔국수먹고 다이소 들러서 다시 도서관 오는 코스로 가면 아이가 도서관을 좋은 장소로 기억에 남기겠다는 생각이 든다. 부럽당~~!

If you ever feel hungry after visiting the Uijeongbu Art Library, which has become more famous due to RM’s visit, there’s a great place to go.

Right in front of the library, you’ll find Manghyang Bibim Guksu, a restaurant well-known for its delicious food. It’s in the same building as Daiso.

If you live nearby, you could visit the library, enjoy a bowl of bibim guksu, stop by Daiso, and then return to the library. I think this would help kids remember the library as a fun place. I’m jealous~~!

의정부-망향비빔국수

주말 점심시간에 갔더니 이미 빼곡한 사람들!

기계에 대기등록을 하고 조금 기다렸더니 10분 정도 뒤에 자리가 났다.

When we visited during lunchtime on the weekend, it was already packed with people!

We registered our spot using the machine, and after waiting a bit, we got a table about 10 minutes later.

망향비빔국수-유래

 

망향비빔국수는 
1968년 경기도 연천 궁평리 군부대앞에서 시작되어 
50여년간 국군장병들의 입소문을 통해 전국적으로 
유명세를 타고 있다고 한다고 한다.

남편이 여수에서도 가 봤다고 해서 들어가 본건데 알고보니 전국적으로 체인점이 어마어마한 곳이었다.

Manghyang Bibim Guksu started in 1968 in front of a military base in Gungpyeong-ri, Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province. For over 50 years, it gained nationwide fame through word-of-mouth among soldiers. My husband, who’s been to the one in Yeosu, suggested we try it, and I found out they have an impressive number of branches across the country.

대표메뉴 비빔국수 외 아이들과 함께 식사할 수 있게 다양한 메뉴가 있었다. 

우리는 비빔국수, 잔치국수 곱배기, 갈비만두, 통등심 돈까스 주문~

김치도 망향에서 직접 만든 국내산 김치라고! 백김치와 양념을 얹은 김치 두가지로 나오는데 비주얼이 신선했다~

직접 만들었다니 왠지 더 대접받는 기분이고~

In addition to their signature bibim guksu, they offer a variety of dishes suitable for dining with kids.

We ordered the bibim guksu, extra-large portion of janchi guksu, galbi dumplings, and pork cutlet.

The kimchi served here is also homemade using domestic ingredients! They serve both white kimchi and seasoned kimchi, and they both looked fresh and appetizing.

Knowing it was homemade made me feel even more special~.

망향비빔국수-잔치국수

 

주인공인 비빔국수와 잔치국수 

빨간 비빔국수에 초록상추를 올려서 비주얼이 상큼하다!

실제로 맛도 새큼, 달근, 시원한 맛~

상추안에는 자른 김치와 각종 야채가 가득하다. 

잔치국수는 일반적인 비주얼과 비슷한데 오뎅꼬치가 같이 들어있어서 아이들이 특히 더 좋아했다. 

망향비빔국수 야채수는 50년 전통방법으로
10여가지 채소와 청정수만 사용하여 본사에서 염격한 위생처리와 연구과정(HACCP인증)을 거쳐 생산된 제품입니다. 
수개월동안 숙성발효시킨 야채수는 
장건강에 좋은 유산균과 비타민이 듬뿍 들어있는 웰빙식품입니다. 
국물까지 꼭 드셔보시기 바랍니다.

 

개인적으론 역시 대표메뉴인 비빔국수가 특히 맛있었다. 

새큼한데 부드럽게 새큼한맛, 알고보니 이 야채수 덕인가보다. 

뭔가 깊은 맛이 나는데 요즘처럼 뜨거운 여름에 아주 딱이었다. 

다만, 계란 반개까지 올라가 있다면 더 금상첨화가 아니었을까 하는 아쉬움이~

The stars of the meal were the bibim guksu and janchi guksu.

The red bibim guksu topped with green lettuce looked refreshing!

The taste was just as satisfying, combining sour, sweet, and cool flavors~

The lettuce covered a generous amount of sliced kimchi and various vegetables.

The janchi guksu looked typical, but it came with a skewer of fish cakes, which the kids particularly enjoyed.

Manghyang Bibim Guksu’s vegetable broth is made using a 50-year-old traditional method. They use over 10 types of vegetables and pure water, all processed under strict hygiene management and research (HACCP certified) at their headquarters. This vegetable broth is a health food rich in probiotics and vitamins, beneficial for digestive health. Be sure to try the broth!

Personally, the bibim guksu was my favorite. The sourness was smooth, likely thanks to the vegetable broth. It had a depth of flavor that was perfect for hot summer days. The only thing missing was a half-boiled egg on top to make it even better~.

비빔국수를 맛있게 먹는 방법은 

자율로 가져다 먹을 수 있는 바로 이 육수와 함께 먹는 것!

자유롭게 리필이 가능한데 맛이 너무 좋았다!

시원하고 새큼한 비빔국수한번, 따뜻한 육수 한번, 이렇게 먹으니 너무 좋았다.

몇번을 리필해 먹었는지 모르겠다.

다만, 써 있는대로 매우 뜨거우니 이동할 때 조심 !

To fully enjoy the bibim guksu, try it with their broth, which you can freely refill.

The combination of cold, sour noodles and warm, flavorful broth was excellent!

I lost count of how many refills I had.

Just be careful when pouring, as it’s very hot!
